Chef Tim Meyers along with proprietors Peter Kane and Anthony Serignese bring you Out East, a seafood driven restaurant in Manhattan's East Village inspired by the ingredients and culture of coastal New York.  The menu features a selection of composed raw dishes, fresh seasonally driven salads and vegetable dishes, and hearty roasted meats. 

The wine program curated by Megan Mina and Anthony Serignese leans American and French focusing on the winemaking regions of California, the east end's North Fork, Burgundy and the Rhône valley and featuring exceptional small production selections from the best winemakers of these regions. Contemporary and seasonal cocktails conceived by Sarah Boisjoli round out the beverage program.
